“Hi, my name is Jessica (AKA Messy Jessy) and I was born and raised in San Antonio. I grew up watching my mother create wedding and birthday cakes, weekend after weekend in our kitchen. I would decorate plates and pretend to be just like her. As I got older I could decorate my own birthday cakes! How fun is that, right?  Once I started my Junior year in high school, I joined Culinary Arts. At 16, I was interning at a few bakeries through school and that landed me the position of an Assistant to the Pastry Chef at The Hilton, Palacio Del Rio. I loved it there and learned SO much from some amazingly talented chefs! At 18, I started working at a local family-owned bakery and I was their main Cake Decorator. When I married my high school sweetheart in 2007, I  found my passion for party planning. We are now blessed with { T H R E E } boys and I am happy to be able to now do what I LOVE. I am a do-it-yourself addict and I love all things that scream PARTY!!"

UPDATE: Jan. 2023- I have recently opened a storefront that is a sister company to Frosted Confetti. We have an adorable ice cream shop called Confetti and Cream in Bulverde, TX. We try to keep in stock many favorites from Frosted Confetti’s customer base, but also carry a ton of freshly baked cookies, brownies, cakes, and pies! We hope to see you there!
